Improvement of LAW webportal and data access

Several elements have been added to improve design and provide more useful information to users:
- Calendars have been added to the “S3 product” page. These calendars are listing all dates when a product anomaly has been detected and satellite extraction has been filtered out from LAW database. A brief description of the product anomaly is also providing by clicking on the date.
- A “data availability” tab has been added to the “LAW Database” page providing an instantaneous image of the LAW database content: i.e. the number of IWV/AOD observation and S3 extraction counts per day since January 2020. A link to the D21 – dataset description document – has also been added.
- In the “LAW LST sites”, a link to the D11 – LST gap analysis document has been added.
- A new page “Validation results” has been added and provides the latest validation report for AOD and IWV products.
- In the Data Access section, each user can now have access to a list of orders. For each order, a link to download this order and the possibility to suppress this order is also provided.
- The selection of a Region of Interest can now be performed using extremes latitude/longitude coordinates
